Allied Biofuels e-SAF
Allied Biofuels is developing a major integrated biorefinery in the Khorezm Region of Uzbekistan (in the Tuproqqalʼa District) that will produce approximately 382,000 t/yr of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), 152,000 t/yr of e-SAF and 11,000 t/yr of green diesel, underpinned by up to 2 GW of PEM electrolyzer capacity supplied by Plug Power. The ~US $5.9 billion project targets a Final Investment Decision (FID) in Q4 2026.
