Hy2Gen
Atlantis
In 2023, Hy2Gen took over the then world’s largest power-to-eMethane plant in Werlte, Germany. With the existing staff and the know-how to focus the operation on renewable hydrogen as main output. Previously renewable hydrogen used to serve as basis for producing e-Methane, now ATLANTIS predominately produces renewable hydrogen for application in the logistic sector. Currently holding an electrolysis capacity of 6,3 MW, ATLANTIS will be expanded in the foreseeable future with an additional 5 MW to increase production. In 2018 the plant was upgraded to include a compressor and a filling system that allows the renewable hydrogen to be filled directly into truck trailers with two bays for tanker trucks available.
