L Ardoise

The L’Ardoise project will build and operate a first-of-a-kind integrated Power-to-Liquid facility producing 70 kt/year of e-kerosene for the aviation sector and 40 kt/year of e-methanol for the maritime sector, located in Laudun L' Ardoise, France. The core innovation of the project is a dual-output methanol-based architecture that couples a mature hybrid alkaline technology with a Solid Oxide Electrolysis (SOEC) unit, enabling flexible allocation between aviation and maritime fuels within a single industrial system.
