MethyCentre
MéthyCentre is a Storengy-led Power-to-Gas demonstrator (near the Céré-la-Ronde underground gas storage in Centre-Val de Loire) that converts surplus renewable electricity into green hydrogen (250 kW PEM electrolyser) and then into synthetic methane via catalytic methanation; the small-scale plant (commissioning ~2025) will produce roughly 50 m³/h of green gas (≈50 kg H₂/day, ~50 m³/h total gas) for clean-mobility and grid injection to test technical and economic scale-up of PtG.
