Agra Energy SAF

HYCO1 has achieved commercial-scale operation (TRL-9) of its CUBE™ CO₂ conversion technology at Agra Energy’s biofuels facility in Wisconsin, marking the first deployment of its drop-in catalyst system at full scale. The unit, 90 times larger than HYCO1’s demo plant, ran over 1,500 hours of continuous operation, converting both methane and CO₂ from biogas into syngas with over 96% single-pass efficiency, boosting output capacity by more than 20% while avoiding coking or sintering issues. HYCO1 has now formalized a collaboration with Agra Energy and is offering licensing opportunities to biogas operators and global steam methane reforming (SMR) facilities, positioning its technology as a low-cost, subsidy-free pathway to monetize CO₂ and expand clean syngas production.
