Darwin LNG CCS

The Bayu-Undan Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project aims to capture up to 10 million tonnes of CO₂ per year at a Darwin-based hub, initially from the Darwin LNG (DLNG) facility, with plans to expand to other nearby emitters. Captured CO₂ will be transported via a repurposed gas export pipeline and injected into the offshore Bayu-Undan reservoir in Timor Leste waters.
