DG Fuels has signed a long-term lease for 1,240 acres at the former Loring Air Force Base in northern Maine to build its second Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) plant, expected to produce about 175 million gallons per year of SAF from regional biomass and renewable hydrogen.
