Genesis Fertilizers Carbon Capture Project

Genesis Fertilizers Carbon Capture Project in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan, aims to integrate CARBONCO’s amine-based solvent technology to capture around 1 million tonnes of CO₂ annually from a planned ammonia and urea production complex. The captured CO₂ would be transported to a sequestration hub, supporting the production of low-carbon fertilizers and reducing the environmental footprint of grain production.
