Luneville Biogas BECCS

Carbon Impact has partnered with C-Questra to launch France’s first deep underground biogenic CO₂ storage project in the Paris Basin, storing emissions from nearby biomass plants in saline aquifers over 1,000 meters deep. The project targets up to 50,000 tonnes of CO₂ sequestered by 2028, supported by permanent carbon removal credits.
