New Rise Reno

XCF Global’s New Rise facility, located at the Reno Tahoe Industrial Center in Nevada, began operations in early 2025 and is designed to produce about 38 million gallons of SAF annually using the HEFA pathway from waste oils and fats. The plant includes pretreatment units, cogeneration, and water recovery systems, and is ramping production by initially supplying renewable diesel before shifting to full SAF output by late 2025.
