Avnos has broken ground on its “Project Brighton” demonstration unit in Bridgewater, New Jersey, funded by the U.S. Office of Naval Research. The unit will deploy Avnos’ Hybrid Direct Air Capture (HDAC™) technology to remove CO₂ and extract water from ambient air, housed within its Technology Development Center. Construction began following planning-board approval and is set to ramp up toward full operations in summer 2025
