Project Moringa

Project Moringa leverages the region’s intense solar resources to power modular Direct Air Capture units that remove CO₂ directly from the atmosphere. The project will have an initial capacity of 300 tons of CO₂ per year, scaling to 2,000 tons per year. This site serves as a key demonstration of how our modular system can rapidly scale by adding more units over time. Sirona Technologies has partnered with 44.01 to deliver permanent CO₂ storage for our Project Moringa site in the Middle East. Removal Capacity Phase 1: 300 tons/year Phase 2: 1,000 tons/year Phase 3: 2,000 tons/year
