Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex

Phillips 66’s Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex in California has been converted to process renewable feedstocks such as waste oils, fats, greases, and vegetable oils. Its target throughput is roughly 50,000 barrels per day (≈ 800 million gallons per year), including an initial capability to produce unblended SAF. The facility aims to reduce lifecycle emissions by up to 80% versus conventional diesel, while fully integrating into existing infrastructure, and partly powered by solar energy.
