Norske Skog Skogn

Skogn CCUS

Carbon Centric is planning a carbon capture facility at Norske Skog Skogn's paper mill in Levanger municipality, one of Europe's largest producers of newsprint. The planned capture facility will capture approximately 100,000 tonnes of biogenic emissions per year, which mainly comes from steam production by burning sustainable biomass. Carbon Centric has submitted a planning notification with a proposed study program for a carbon capture facility at Norske Skog’s paper mill in Skogn, Levanger.
