Tereos Origny Carbon Utilization Project

Tereos is partnering with Verso Energy on the OrCHyDé project, which will transform biogenic CO₂ from Tereos’ sugar refinery operations in Origny-Sainte-Benoite into low-carbon e-methanol. As the CO₂ provider, Tereos is enabling the valorization of its process emissions by supplying them to Verso Energy, which will produce e-methanol using renewable hydrogen generated via electrolysis.
