Loving CCS Hub

The Class II portion of the Milestone Carbon Delaware CCS project consists of two CO₂ injection wells, Loving AGI #3 and Loving AGI #4, located in Loving County, Texas within the Delaware Basin. These wells are regulated under the UIC Class II framework and are designed for CO₂ injection into hydrocarbon-related reservoir intervals, with associated geologic storage tracked under an EPA Subpart RR MRV plan. Each well is designed to inject up to 20 MMSCFD (~375 kt CO₂ per year) for an expected operating period of approximately 12 years. The wells are part of a five-well “Milestone Delaware Well Group,” which also includes three Class VI wells intended for dedicated saline storage. CO₂ volumes will be monitored via metering at delivery points and wellheads, with mass-balance accounting used to quantify injected and stored CO₂.
