Weld County CCS

CapturePoint has initiated development of proposed deep underground storage sites in northern Colorado in Weld County near the Wyoming and Nebraska borders. Permit applications are under consideration for both Class II injection wells associated with nearby oil and gas production and Class VI CO2 injection wells for deep underground carbon storage services supporting regional industrial CO2 emitters. Rights to ~5,800 acres of deep underground storage space have been identified to facilitate potential projects.
