KAAPA Aurora Carbon Capture Project

KAAPA Ethanol is developing a carbon capture and storage project at its ethanol production facility to capture biogenic CO₂ from fermentation processes and permanently sequester it through Tallgrass Energy’s Trailblazer CO₂ pipeline network. The project will compress and transport captured CO₂ from the plant to regional sequestration infrastructure.
