UnionDAC

Progressive Energy, Mission Zero Technologies, and Airhive have joined forces to develop a 60,000-tonne-per-year direct air capture (DAC) facility as part of the industrial decarbonization cluster on Teesside in the UK. The first phase of the UnionDAC project is expected to launch by 2030, with a projected combined capacity of 20,000 tonnes per year. In its second phase, scheduled for 2032, the project will expand to an additional 40,000 tonnes per year.
