Yuma Ethanol Plant Project

Carbon America is developing the Yuma CCS project at an industrial site in Yuma, Colorado, capturing industrial CO₂ emissions and permanently storing them underground under its Denova Class VI carbon storage complex. The project represents one of the first commercial commercial-scale carbon capture, transport, and sequestration deployments in Colorado, designed to safely inject and store captured CO₂ in deep geologic formations for long-term climate-beneficial storage. Carbon America will own and operate the full CCS system, including CO₂ capture equipment at emission sources, pipeline transport, and the Denova storage facility with Class VI permitting.
