Hummingbird

The Hummingbird Carbon Storage Project, developed by ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions Onshore Storage, LLC, is located in Allen Parish, Louisiana. The project proposes the construction and operation of five injection wells to permanently store anthropogenic CO₂ captured from regional industrial sources. Designed as a commercial-scale CCS facility, the project will inject CO₂ into deep geologic formations selected for their favorable storage capacity, sealing integrity, and proximity to existing CO₂ pipelines and emission sources.
